Solve It For You is led by Shane McGrath. Twenty-seven years of building production software, all without a CS degree.
Shane led equity analytics for the West Coast at BlackRock on the Aladdin Platform, the operating system for trillions of dollars in global assets. Before that, he was a CFA charterholder running portfolio analytics for hedge funds and money managers.
At CalPERS, the largest public pension fund in the country, he built and shipped a desktop application in C# for the transition management function. The systems he built ten years earlier are still running today.
He has also spent the last decade running his own businesses (Recycle4, an active global media reseller, and Peek-a-Boo Factory, a 3-location indoor playground), so he understands what it actually feels like to need a tool now and have nobody available to build it.
