Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 29, 2026
Vibe Code Guild is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
Our Commitment
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Have Taken
We have implemented the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML: Our website uses proper heading structures, landmark regions, and semantic elements to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements on our website can be accessed and operated using a keyboard alone.
- Skip Navigation: We provide a "Skip to content" link that allows keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation and jump directly to the main content.
- Focus Indicators: All interactive elements have visible focus indicators to help keyboard users identify where they are on the page.
- Alt Text: All meaningful images on our website include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately to be ignored by screen readers.
- Color Contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors to ensure readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
- Responsive Design: Our website is designed to work across a range of devices and screen sizes, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
- Reduced Motion: We respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" operating system setting and disable animations for users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion.
- ARIA Labels: Where necessary, we use ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes to provide additional context to assistive technologies.
Third-Party Content
Our website may link to or embed content from third-party platforms such as Amazon and Skool. While we strive to only link to accessible platforms, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content. We encourage you to review the accessibility policies of those platforms directly.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of our website may not be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues. Known limitations include:
- Some older blog posts may contain images without descriptive alt text. We are working to audit and update these.
- Code blocks in blog posts use syntax highlighting that may not convey the same information to screen reader users. The underlying code content is still accessible as text.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
