Free, 30 minutes. You tell me the goal, I tell you honestly what it takes to get there: how many sessions, what cadence, what the plan looks like. You know the shape and the price before you commit. If it's not a fit, I say so and point you somewhere better.

We lock the finish line, set up your tools, and map the sessions. You leave with everything installed and the first milestone in sight.

Not lectures. We work on YOUR thing, live, for however many sessions your goal needs. You drive, I navigate, and between sessions you have async support so you never stay stuck.

Hi, I'm Shane. I taught myself to code in 1998 and spent 27 years shipping for hedge funds, BlackRock, CalPERS, and my own businesses. These days I use AI for all of it: software, marketing, images, content, operations.

How is this different from a cohort?
Cohorts are group classes with a set curriculum where everyone learns the same AI skill together. Mentorship is just you and me working on whatever you brought. There is no curriculum. Your goal IS the curriculum.
What does it cost?
It's priced per engagement, because engagements aren't all the same size. We scope yours on the free call: session count, cadence, end date, and the exact price. You know every number before you commit a dollar, and the call costs nothing either way.
What can I use the sessions for?
Almost anything AI can do: building apps, marketing and content systems, image and design pipelines, music, work automation, study systems. If you're not sure your goal fits, apply anyway and we'll figure it out on the scoping call. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight.
How many sessions do I get?
However many your goal actually needs. We size the engagement on the scoping call: a tight, focused goal might be a handful of sessions, a bigger build might be a dozen. You know the session count and the price before you commit a dollar.
Can I move faster than one session per week?
Yes. Cadence is yours: weekly, twice a week, or a full sprint. The one rule is momentum. We set an end date together on the scoping call and we honor it, because a six-month dribble of sessions doesn't get anyone results.
What if my goal is too big?
On the scoping call we carve out the version of your goal that fits the engagement we size together. The rest becomes a roadmap you can run yourself or a follow-on block we scope when you get there.
What happens if I miss a session?
We reschedule it inside the engagement window. Life happens, but the end date stands. Momentum is half of what you're paying for.
Can I extend the engagement?
Yes. If you hit your goal and want to chase the next one, we scope a fresh block. Most engagements finish on time because we size them honestly up front.
Who owns what we make?
You do. The code, the content, the accounts, the tracks, all of it. I'm a mentor on your project, not a co-founder.
Do I need to take a cohort first?
No. If you already know what you want, come straight here. If you've never touched AI tools and don't yet know what's possible, a cohort is the cheaper way to find out what you'd even want AI to do for you.
